Does Dr. Nigh accept insurance?

Dr. Nigh ended his contract with several insurance companies as of March 31, 2022. The changing nature of the insurance industry was making it difficult for Dr. Nigh to treat patients in the way he felt was most appropriate for each patient. Insurance companies were increasingly dictating what therapies could and could not be used with patients.

Following each visit, which gets collected shortly after the visit, Immersion Health can provide a superbill containing all the information necessary for those with insurance to submit a claim to their insurance company for potential reimbursement for out-of-network coverage. Any such reimbursement is to be worked out solely between the patient and their insurance company. Immersion Health has no involvement in that process.

I am interested in treatment at Immersion Health, but I don't live in Portland. What are my options?

Dr. Nigh consults with patients around the world. Many conditions he can fully manage remotely. This is most common when treating SIBO and other digestive issues, autoimmunity, and even chronic fatigue and Lyme disease. However, there are times when a more intensive treatment course in the clinic would be ideal. When that is feasible for patients Immersion Health can help to find an affordable place to stay for however many weeks an intensive treatment program might last.

Why are there no prices for IV and other therapies listed on the website?

Pricing on IV therapy, much like the other therapies offered at Immersion Health ranges based on the type, length, and dosage of the IV.

The minimum amount for any IV we offer is $206 out of pocket.

Any further questions about IV therapy at Immersion Health can be directed to the medical assisting staff at 503-719-4806.
